Whenever he is pleased, that Rāma gladly bestows wealth; and with tranquil virtues—beloved of all subjects and delight-giving to people—Rāma shines like the radiant sun with its rays.
When pleased, Rama bestows wealth. Like the Sun shining with his rays, He shines with his qualities of tranquil, charming and loving nature.
Dharmic generosity and gentle conduct: wealth is bestowed when merited, and inner calm becomes a public blessing, like sunlight.
Continuing their eulogy, the ministers describe how Rāma rewards well and is universally loved for his peaceful virtues.
Dāna (generosity) guided by discernment, and śānti (tranquility) that wins the hearts of the people.
