Shloka 2.16.39

सुमन्त्रदर्शनम् तथा रामस्य राजदर्शनाय प्रस्थानम् (Sumantra Meets Rama; Rama Departs to See the King)

नूनं नन्दति ते माता कौशल्यामातृनन्दन।।।।पश्यन्ती सिद्धयात्रं त्वां पित्र्यं राज्यमवस्थितम्।

rāmaṃ sarvānavadyāṅgyo rāmapiprīṣayā tataḥ |

vacobhir agrair harmyasthāḥ kṣitisthāś ca vavandire ||

Then women of flawless beauty—some standing on rooftop terraces and others on the ground—paid homage to Rāma with choice, pleasing words, seeking to honor and gladden him.

O Joy of your mother (Rama) on seeing you having successfully acomplished the purpose of your journey (life) by securing your father's kingdom, your mother Kausalya will surely be delighted.
