Shloka 2.15.2

अभिषेकसज्जा तथा सुमन्त्रस्य प्रेषणम् (Coronation Preparations and Sumantra’s Commission)

अमात्या बलमुख्याश्च मुख्या ये निगमस्य च।राघवस्याभिषेकार्थे प्रियमाणास्तु संगताः।।2.15.2।।

ity uktvā antaḥpuradvāram ājagāma purāṇavit || 2.15.19 ||

sadā’saktaṃ ca tad veśma sumantraḥ praviveśa ha |

Having spoken thus, Sumantra—learned in tradition and royal history—went to the gate of the inner apartments; and he entered that palace-area which is customarily kept closed.

For the consecration of the scion of the Raghu race (Rama), ministers, army chiefs and chiefs of merchants' associations assembled, brimming with joy.
