Shloka 2.15.10

अभिषेकसज्जा तथा सुमन्त्रस्य प्रेषणम् (Coronation Preparations and Sumantra’s Commission)

चन्द्रमण्डलसङ्काशमातपत्रं च पाण्डुरम्।।2.15.10।।सज्जं द्युतिकरं श्रीमदभिषेकपुरस्कृतम्।

candramāṇḍala-saṅkāśam ātapatraṃ ca pāṇḍuram || 2.15.10 ||

sajjaṃ dyutikaraṃ śrīmad abhiṣekapuraskṛtam |

A pale-white royal umbrella, radiant and splendid—like the circle of the moon—was kept ready in front of the coronation pavilion.

A lustrous pale white umbrella resembling the Moon's orb or the pole star was kept in front of the coronation pavilion.
