āmantraye janasthāne karṇikārān supuṣpitān || 3.49.30 || kṣipraṁ rāmāya śaṁsadhvaṁ sītāṁ harati rāvaṇaḥ |
I call upon you—karnikāra trees in bloom at Jana-sthāna: quickly tell Rāma that Rāvaṇa is carrying Sītā away.
O karnikar trees in full bloom in Janasthana, tell Rama quickly that Ravana is kidnapping Sita.
Satya and urgent testimony: when adharma occurs, truth must be conveyed swiftly so that righteous protection can act.
Sītā, being abducted, appeals to the forest itself to inform Rāma immediately.
Presence of mind under terror: Sītā seeks lawful rescue by ensuring the truth reaches Rāma.
