By your grace I am freed here from this most dreadful curse. I shall go to my own abode; may well-being be yours, O scorcher of foes.
O scorcher of enemies! by your grace I am rid of the curse. Delivered from my dreadful form, I will now go to my world. May both of you fare well.
A dharmic act can yield healing outcomes even for the fallen; gratitude and blessing acknowledge the moral power of righteous conduct.
Virādha declares release from the curse through Rāma’s intervention and offers a farewell benediction to Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa.
Gratitude and truthfulness—Virādha openly credits Rāma as the cause of his liberation and departs with goodwill.
