धर्मबद्धास्तथालूका उरुकर्मस्थिताः जनाः ।
वामपादे जनाः पार्श्वे स्थिताः कूर्मस्य भागुरे ॥
dharmabaddhās tathālūkā urukarmasthitā janāḥ / vāmapāde janāḥ pārśve sthitāḥ kūrmasya bhāgure
The Dharmabaddhas, the Ālūkas, and the people established in Urukarma—these peoples are situated on the left foot, on the side of the Tortoise, in the Bhāgura portion.
