घुलस्त्य उवाच
Bathing at a renowned tīrtha (here, the Viśalyā river) is presented as a dharmic act capable of granting merit comparable to an Agniṣṭoma sacrifice, highlighting an accessible path to religious merit through disciplined pilgrimage and purification.
The speaker describes the फल (result) of reaching the famous Viśalyā river and bathing there: the pilgrim gains the sacrificial merit of Agniṣṭoma and then goes to Svarga.
