Śiva Grants the Pāśupata Astra (Pāśupata-Śastra Upadeśa) | शिवेन पाशुपतास्त्रदानम्
अथ जाम्बूनदवपुर्विमानेन महार्चिषा । कुबेर: समनुप्राप्तो यक्षैरनुगत: प्रभु:,तदनन्तर स्वर्णके समान शरीरवाले भगवान् कुबेर महातेजस्वी विमानद्वारा वहाँ आये। उनके साथ बहुत-से यक्ष भी थे
atha jāmbūnadavapur vimānena mahārcisā | kuberaḥ samanuprāpto yakṣair anugataḥ prabhuḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana said: Then the lord Kubera arrived there, attended by Yakṣas, coming in a radiant aerial chariot and possessing a body of golden splendor. The scene marks the entry of a divine guardian of wealth and order, whose presence signals authority, protection, and the disciplined power that accompanies rightful sovereignty.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse underscores that true prosperity and power are portrayed as orderly and guarded: Kubera’s radiant, sovereign arrival with attendants symbolizes wealth joined to authority and protection, not mere indulgence.
Vaiśampāyana narrates the entrance of Kubera, who comes in a brilliant vimāna and is accompanied by many Yakṣas, indicating a significant divine presence entering the scene.
