इति श्रीमहाभारते वनपर्वणि घोषयात्रापर्वणि धृतराष्ट्रखेदवाक्ये षट्त्रिंशदधिकद्धिशततमो< ध्याय:,इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत वनपर्वके अन्तर्गत घोषयात्रापर्वमें धृतराष्ट्रके खेदयुक्त वचनसे सम्बन्ध रखनेवाला दो सौ छत्तीसवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ
iti śrīmahābhārate vanaparvaṇi ghoṣayātrāparvaṇi dhṛtarāṣṭrakhedavākye ṣaṭtriṃśad-adhika-dviśatatamo 'dhyāyaḥ | iti śrīmahābhārata vanaparva ke antargata ghoṣayātrāparva meṃ dhṛtarāṣṭra ke kheda-yukta vacana se sambandha rakhanevālā do sau chattīsavāṃ adhyāya pūrā huā |
Thus, in the Śrī Mahābhārata, within the Vana Parva—specifically the Ghoṣa-yātrā section—ends the two-hundred-and-thirty-sixth chapter, connected with Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s grief-laden words.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
Even a king’s authority cannot shield him from sorrow born of attachment and partiality; Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s grief underscores the ethical burden of choices and the long shadow they cast within dharma.
