इदं च धर्मराजाय प्रदास्थामि परंतप । हरेदं॑ मम कामाय काम्यके पुनराश्रमे,'भीम! देखो तो, यह दिव्य पुष्प कितना अच्छा और कैसा सुन्दर है! मानो सुगन्ध ही इसका स्वरूप है। यह मेरे मनको आनन्द प्रदान कर रहा है। परंतप! मैं इसे धर्मराजको भेंट करूँगी। तुम मेरी इच्छाकी पूर्तिके लिये काम्यकवनके आश्रममें इसे ले चलो”

Transliteration

idam ca dharmarājāya pradāsthāmi parantapa | haredaṁ mama kāmāya kāmyake punarāśrame ||

Translation

Vaiśampāyana said: “This flower I shall present to King Dharmarāja, O scorcher of foes. To fulfill my wish, take it again to the hermitage in the Kāmyaka forest.”
