The Blessed Lord said: “So it is, O mighty-armed son of Pāṇḍu, just as you say. I shall undertake a course that brings a blameless resolution—removing the distress of both the Pāṇḍavas and the Kurus—so that peace and well-being may be secured for all.”

Educational Q&A

Kṛṣṇa affirms that the highest course is one that removes suffering on both sides and seeks a blameless, welfare-oriented resolution—placing dharma and the common good above partisan victory.

In the Udyoga Parva’s pre-war negotiations, Arjuna has expressed a view about what should be done; Kṛṣṇa agrees and declares his intention to act in a way that alleviates the crisis for both the Pāṇḍavas and the Kurus.
