जागर्ति चेदभिवदेस्त्वं हि द्वाःस्थ प्रविशेयं विदितो भूमिपस्य । निवेद्यमत्रात्ययिकं हि मे$स्ति द्वाःस्थो5थ श्रुत्वा नृपतिं जगाम

Transliteration

jāgarti ced abhivades tvaṃ hi dvāḥstha praviśeyaṃ vidito bhūmipasya | nivedyam atrātyayikaṃ hi me 'sti dvāḥstho 'tha śrutvā nṛpatiṃ jagāma ||

Translation

“O doorkeeper, if the king is awake, convey my respectful salutations to him. Once I am announced to the lord of the land, I shall enter. I have an urgent matter to submit.” Hearing this, the gatekeeper went to the king and spoke accordingly.
