Krishna on the Kauravas’ Rejection of Counsel; Pandava Readiness Ordered
विधिर्य: शिबिरस्यासीत् पाण्डवानां महात्मनाम् | तद्विधानि नरेन्द्राणां कारयामास केशव:
vidhir yaḥ śibirasya āsīt pāṇḍavānāṁ mahātmanām | tadvidhāni narendrāṇāṁ kārayāmāsa keśavaḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana said: “The arrangement and protocol by which the great-souled Pāṇḍavas’ camp had been established—Keśava had camps constructed for the other kings in that very same manner.”
वैशम्पायन उवाच
Even on the brink of war, dharma expresses itself as disciplined order, responsible security, and fair, consistent treatment of allies; Kṛṣṇa’s leadership is shown through impartial and well-regulated arrangements rather than favoritism or chaos.
Vaiśampāyana reports that Kṛṣṇa ensured the other kings’ encampments were constructed following the same established procedure used for the Pāṇḍavas’ camp, indicating systematic organization of the allied forces.
