In the midst of battle, when he sets in motion a divine weapon, men will behold his form as though it were that of the great-souled Rāma himself—radiant, awe-inspiring, and irresistible.
भीमसेन उवाच
The verse highlights the overwhelming, almost sacred aura produced when a warrior deploys a divine weapon, implying that such extraordinary power carries ethical gravity: it inspires awe, but it also demands disciplined restraint and righteous intent.
Bhīmasena is describing a warrior whose appearance in battle, at the moment of employing a celestial weapon, will be so formidable that onlookers will perceive him like the great-souled Rāma—an emblem of unmatched martial splendor.
