Udyoga Parva Adhyāya 132 — Vidura’s Counsel on Udyama, Yaśas, and Kṣātra-Dharma

यस्य शूरस्य विक्रान्तैरेधन्ते बान्धवा: सुखम्‌ | त्रिदशा इव शक्रस्य साधु तस्येह जीवितम्‌

As the gods are made glad by Indra’s prowess, so in this world is his life noble—the hero by whose strength and manly effort his kinsmen prosper in happiness.
