Udyoga-parva Adhyāya 130: Kuntī’s Instruction on Rājadharma and Daṇḍanīti
चचाल च मही कृत्स्ना सागरश्नापि चुक्षुभे । विस्मयं परमं जगम्मु: पार्थिवा भरतर्षभ,भरतश्रेष्ठ] उस समय सारी पृथ्वी डगमगाने लगी, समुद्रमें खलबली पड़ गयी और समस्त भूपाल अत्यन्त विस्मित हो गये
cacāla ca mahī kṛtsnā sāgaraś cāpi cukṣubhe | vismayaṃ paramaṃ jagmur pārthivā bharatarṣabha ||
Dhṛtarāṣṭra said: “Then the entire earth began to tremble; even the ocean was thrown into agitation. The assembled kings were seized by the utmost astonishment, O bull among the Bharatas.”
