धनिन: पूजयेन्नित्यं पानाच्छादनभोजनै: । वक्तव्य श्षानुगृह्नी ध्वं प्रजा: सह मयेति वै
Translation
The king should always honor the wealthy people of the land with food and drink, clothing, and provisions, and say to them with humility: “Together with me, look with compassion upon these my subjects.”
