कोसलानामाधिपत्यं सम्प्राप्तं क्षेमदर्शिनम्‌ | मुनि: कालकवृक्षीय आजगामेति न: श्रुतम्‌

Transliteration

kosalānām ādhipatyaṃ samprāptaṃ kṣemadarśinam | muniḥ kālakavṛkṣīya ājagāmeti naḥ śrutam |

Translation

Bhīṣma said: “We have heard that when King Kṣemadarśin had attained the sovereignty of the Kośalas and was ruling with an eye to the people’s welfare, the sage Kālakavṛkṣīya arrived in that realm.”
