अप्याहुः सर्वमेवेति भूयो5र्धमिति निश्चय: । कर्मण: पृथिवीपाल नृशंसो5नृतवागपि
Translation
O protector of the earth, some say that in such a case the king becomes liable for the whole sin; others conclude with certainty that half the sin falls upon him. Such a king is regarded as cruel and false of speech.
