दण्डनीरत्यां यदा राजा सम्यक् कार्त्स्न्येन वर्तते । तदा कृतयुगं नाम कालसूृष्टं प्रवर्तते
Translation
Bhīṣma said: When a king conducts himself in daṇḍanīti rightly and in its full completeness, then the age called the Kṛta Yuga (Satya Yuga), brought forth by Time, begins to prevail upon the earth.
