ये हीना: सप्तदशभिर्गुणै: कर्मभिरेव च । कला: पज्चदश त्यक्ता ते मुक्ता इति निश्चय:
Translation
Those who are devoid of the seventeen constituents—five organs of knowledge, five organs of action, the five prāṇas, together with mind and intellect—free from all karma, and established after abandoning the fifteen kalā, are indeed the liberated: this is the settled doctrine of the śāstra.
