Adhyāya 325: Nārada in Śvetadvīpa—Stotra to the Nirguṇa Mahātman
उक्तश्न मानुषेण त्वं पथा गच्छेत्यविस्मित: । न प्रभावेण गन्तव्यमन्तरिक्षचरेण वै
uktaś ca mānuṣeṇa tvaṁ pathā gacchety avismitaḥ | na prabhāveṇa gantavyam antarīkṣacareṇa vai ||
Bhishma said, without any astonishment: “My son, go by the very road on which ordinary human beings travel. Do not undertake the journey by moving through the sky, relying on extraordinary yogic power.”

Even if one possesses extraordinary powers, one should practice restraint and follow the ordinary, socially appropriate course of action; dharma favors humility and non-display of power.
Bhishma instructs a younger person (addressed as “my son”) to travel by the normal human route and explicitly forbids traveling through the sky by means of special power, speaking calmly and without excitement.
