ब्रह्माणमाप्रोति विभुं मूर्थ्ना देवाग्रजं तथा । एतान्युत्क्रमणस्थानान्युक्तानि मिथिलेश्वर
Translation
If the life-breath (prāṇa) is relinquished through the crown of the head, a man goes to the world of Brahmā, the mighty Lord, the elder of the gods. O king of Mithilā, these are the places of the prāṇa’s departure that have been declared.
