अव्यक्त-गुण-पुरुषविवेकः | Avyakta, Guṇas, and Discrimination of Puruṣa

विविक्ताश्नापि शैलानां गुहा गृहनिभोपमा: । विविक्तानि च जप्यानि व्रतानि विविधानि च
Translation
Vasiṣṭha said: “At times he dwells in secluded mountain caves, like a home. There he performs many kinds of secret recitation (japa), vows and observances, austerities, sacrifices (yajña), and other varied religious acts, carefully following rule and method.”
