यथानिदेशं राज्ञस्तौ सत्कृत्योपचचार ह । धर्मांचरणमें तत्पर रहनेवाली उस कन्याने पितासे “ऐसा ही होगा' यों कहकर राजाकी आज्ञाके अनुसार उन दोनोंकी सत्कारपूर्वक सेवा आरम्भ कर दी
yathānideśaṃ rājñas tau satkṛtyopacacāra ha | dharmācaraṇe tatparā raṇe'valī sā kanyā pitaram “evaṃ bhaviṣyati” iti uktvā rājñājñānusāreṇa tayoḥ satkārapūrvakaṃ sevām ārabdhavatī ||
In obedience to the king’s directive, she duly honored the two and began to attend upon them. Steadfast in the practice of dharma, the maiden first assured her father, “So it shall be,” and then, as commanded by the king, commenced her service with respectful hospitality—showing that right conduct is fulfilled through disciplined compliance and reverent care.
श्रीकृष्ण उवाच
Dharma is shown through disciplined obedience to rightful instruction and through respectful care for others; ethical action is not merely intention but proper conduct—honoring and serving as duty requires.
A dharma-minded maiden, after assuring her father that she will comply, follows the king’s command and begins to honor and serve two individuals with due hospitality and respect.
