Measures of Time from the Unmanifest; Creation, Elements, and the Primacy of Mind

सर्वाश्चैनाननुचरन्‌ वत्सवच्चतुर: स्तनान्‌ । न पावनतमं किंचित्‌ सत्यादध्यगमं क्वचित्‌

Translation

As a calf drinks from all four teats of its mother, so should a person partake of and practice all the noble virtues spoken of above. I have never found anything more supremely purifying than truth.
