यज्ञ वहन्ति सम्भूय सहर्व्विग्भि: सदक्षिणै: । संहृत्यैतानि सर्वाणि यज्ञ निर्वर्तयन्त्युत
yajñaṁ vahanti sambhūya sahar̥tvigbhiḥ sadakṣiṇaiḥ | saṁhr̥tyaitāni sarvāṇi yajñaṁ nirvartayanty uta ||
Kapila explains the practical mechanics of sacrifice: the rite is carried forward collectively—together with the officiating priests (ṛtvij) and with the prescribed honoraria (dakṣiṇā). The sacrificer (yajamāna) gathers and provides all the requisite materials, and thus the sacrifice is duly brought to completion.

A yajña is fulfilled through coordinated dharma: priests perform their functions, the sacrificer responsibly supplies and gathers the required materials, and dakṣiṇā is given properly—so the rite is completed in a morally ordered way.
Kapila is describing how a sacrifice is actually carried out: the officiating priests, along with the prescribed gifts, jointly conduct the ritual, while the sacrificer assembles all necessary items and thereby ensures the yajña is completed.
