Kapila and Syūmaraśmi on Renunciation, Householder Support, and Epistemic Authority
नाहं परेषां कृत्यानि प्रशंसामि न गर्हये । आकाशस्येव विप्रेन्द्र पश्यँललोकस्य चित्रताम्
nāhaṁ pareṣāṁ kṛtyāni praśaṁsāmi na garhaye | ākāśasyeva viprendra paśyaṁl lokasya citratām ||
Tulādhāra said: “I neither praise nor condemn the deeds of others. O best of brāhmaṇas, remaining unattached like the sky, I simply behold the world’s manifold and wondrous variety of actions.”
