उग्रसेन उवाच यस्य संकल्पते लोको नारदस्य प्रकीर्तने । मन्ये स गुणसम्पन्नो ब्रूहि तन्मम पृच्छत:

Transliteration

Ugrasena uvāca: yasya saṅkalpate loko Nāradasya prakīrtane | manye sa guṇasampanno brūhi tan mama pṛcchataḥ ||

Translation

Ugrasena said: “He whose virtues the world longs to celebrate in the person of Nārada—such a one, I believe, must indeed be endowed with excellent qualities. Therefore, as I ask you about those qualities, tell me.”
