निर्वेदोपदेशः (Nirveda-Upadeśa) — Maṅki’s Dispassion and the Limits of Wealth-Seeking
ततः पुरवरात् तस्मात् पुरुषा: श्येनचेष्टना: । गौतमेत्यभिभाषन्त: पुरद्वारमुपागमन्,यह आदेश प्राप्त होते ही राजसेवक गौतमको पुकारते हुए बाजकी तरह झपटकर उस श्रेष्ठ नगरके फाटकपर आये
tataḥ puravarāt tasmāt puruṣāḥ śyenaceṣṭanāḥ | gautam etyābhibhāṣantaḥ puradvāram upāgaman ||
Bhīṣma said: Then, from that excellent city, men—moving with the swift, swooping urgency of hawks—came up to the city gate, calling out to Gautama as they advanced.
