On the Faults of Discontent and the Discipline of Detachment

मानुषान् कामभोगांस्त्वमैश्वर्य च प्रशंससि । अभोगिनोडबलाश्वैव यान्ति स्थानमनुत्तमम्
Translation
“O Bhīmasena, you praise the pleasures of desire and the splendor of worldly power. Yet it is the ṛṣis and munis—free from indulgence, made frail by austerity—who attain the highest state.”
