अध्याय १५२: लोभः पापस्य मूलम् — Greed as the Root of Wrongdoing

महानासं ब्राह्मणानां भूयो वक्ष्यामि साम्प्रतम् । अस्तु शेषं कुलस्यास्य मा पराभूदिदं कुलम्
Translation
Bhīṣma said: “I have been a great devotee of the Brahmins; therefore I now entreat you again: let some portion of this lineage surely remain. Let not this entire house meet with total ruin.”
