अमर्षाच्छास्त्रसम्मोहादविज्ञानाच्च भारत । शास्त्र प्राज्ञस्य वदत: समूहे यात्यदर्शनम्
Translation
Bhishma said: O Bharata, through impatience, delusion about the scriptures, and lack of true understanding, a man may speak as though he were wise while failing to grasp the śāstras correctly; bound by confusion, he expounds them with great fervor, yet his words carry no influence in the assembly of the world.
