अध्याय ४ — दुर्योधनस्य असंधि-निश्चयः
Duryodhana’s Refusal of Reconciliation
“भगवान् श्रीकृष्ण किसीसे पराजित न होनेवाले राजा युधिष्ठिर, अर्जुन और भीमसेनसे जो कुछ भी कहेंगे, वे सब लोग उसे नि:संदेह स्वीकार कर लेंगे ।।
sañjaya uvāca | bhagavān śrīkṛṣṇaḥ kasyacid aparājitaṃ rājānaṃ yudhiṣṭhiram arjunaṃ bhīmasenaṃ ca yat kiṃcid vakṣyati, te sarve tad niḥsaṃdehaṃ pratigrahiṣyanti || nātikramiṣyate kṛṣṇo vacanaṃ kauravasya tu | dhṛtarāṣṭrasya manye'haṃ nāpi kṛṣṇasya pāṇḍavaḥ ||
Sañjaya said: Whatever the Blessed Krishna may say to King Yudhishthira—unconquered in resolve—as well as to Arjuna and Bhimasena, they will all accept it without doubt. I believe Krishna will not set aside the word of Dhritarashtra, the lord of the Kurus; and likewise the Pandava (Yudhishthira) will not be able to transgress Krishna’s command.
