Educational Q&A

When strength and confidence collapse, the proper response is humility and seeking wise refuge (śaraṇa) rather than reckless action; even the powerful must turn to higher guidance in a moral crisis.

Indra and the other gods, weakened and frightened by the formidable asura Vṛtra, approach Brahmā for protection and counsel, marking a turning point where divine strategy is sought after a setback.
