अचिन्तयित्वा भीमस्तु क्रुद्ध: कर्णमुपाद्रवत्‌ । क्रोधमें भरे हुए भीमसेनने समुद्रकी भाँति उठी हुई उस बाण-वर्षाकी तनिक भी परवा न करके कर्णपर धावा बोल दिया

Transliteration

acintayitvā bhīmas tu kruddhaḥ karṇam upādravat |

Translation

Sañjaya said: Without a moment’s thought, Bhīma—burning with anger—charged straight at Karṇa. Unmoved by the sea-like storm of arrows rising against him, he pressed forward, driven by wrath and the fierce resolve of battle.
