द्रोणभीष्मौ रणे यत्तौ धर्मराजस्य वाहिनीम् । नाशयेतां शरैस्तीक्ष्णगै: कड्कपत्रपरिच्छदै:
Translation
Then Droṇa and Bhīṣma, ever eager for battle, swept into the fight and began to destroy Dharmarāja Yudhiṣṭhira’s host with keen arrows, fletched with kanka feathers.
