अक्षरब्रह्मयोग (Akṣara-Brahma-Yoga) — Knowledge of the Imperishable, Prakṛti, and Devotion

भी्न्मार (2) अमन ३. गीताके दूसरे अध्यायके उनचालीसवें श्लोकमें कर्मयोगका वर्णन आरम्भ करनेकी प्रतिज्ञा करके भगवानने उस अध्यायके अन्ततक कर्मयोगका ही भलीभाँति प्रतिपादन किया। उसके बाद भी तीसरे अध्यायके अन्ततक प्राय: कर्मयोगका ही अंग-प्रत्यंगोंसहित प्रतिपादन किया गया। इसके सिवा इस योगकी परम्परा बतलाते हुए भगवानने यहाँ जिन “सूर्य” और “मनु” आदिके नाम गिनाये हैं
Translation
Arjuna said: “O Krishna, You praise renunciation of works, and again You praise the Yoga of action. Tell me, then, with certainty: which one of these two is the single path that is truly the highest good for me?”
