स कृत्वा सुमहत् कर्म तस्मिन् वै दशमे5हनि । सेनयोरन्तरे तिष्ठन् प्रगुहीतशरासन:,दसवें दिन यह महान् पराक्रम करके हाथमें धनुष लिये वे दोनों सेनाओंके बीचमें खड़े हो गये
sa kṛtvā sumahat karma tasmin vai daśame 'hani | senayor antare tiṣṭhan pragṛhītaśarāsanaḥ ||
Sañjaya said: Having performed a very great deed on that tenth day, he stood between the two armies, holding his bow firmly—poised in the very space where duty, courage, and the cost of war confront one another.
