Chapter 57

द्विजश्रेष्ठ! रानी उत्तम व्रतका पालन करनेवाली हैं। जब आप उनसे इस प्रकार कहेंगे, तब वे मेरी आज्ञा मानकर दोनों कुण्डल आपको दे देंगी, इसमें संशय नहीं है” ।।
Translation
“O best of Brahmins! The queen keeps the highest vows. When you speak to her in this manner, she will obey my command and give you both earrings—of this there is no doubt.” Uttaṅka said: “O king, where may I see your wife? Why do you yourself not go to your queen?”
