The brāhmaṇa said: “There, the trees, spreading throughout that forest, stand filling it on every side, continually producing divine flowers and fruits of five different colors.”
ब्राह्मण उवाच
The verse highlights an ideal, auspicious environment where nature yields abundance effortlessly; it suggests that in sacred or dharmic settings, prosperity and beauty arise as a natural consequence rather than through violence or exploitation.
A brāhmaṇa is describing a remarkable forest: trees stand spread across it and continuously produce wondrous, five-colored flowers and fruits, emphasizing the extraordinary, almost celestial character of the place.
