भरतश्रेष्ठ! वे राजा गंगाके तटपर, जैसा कि मैंने तुम्हें बताया है, उस अपनी ही अग्निसे दग्ध हुए हैं ।।
Translation
O best of the Bharatas! That king, on the bank of the Gaṅgā, just as I told you, was consumed by his own fire. O blameless one! Those sages likewise told me the same—those whom I saw on the bank of the Bhāgīrathī, O Yudhiṣṭhira, sinless king—there on the Gaṅgā’s shore.
