Vaiśampāyana said: Embracing the highest and auspicious discipline laid down by the brahmarṣis, all of them—free from inner agitation—met one another with hearts uplifted. In that moment they seemed like the deathless gods in heaven, filled with joy and concord.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
True harmony arises when one adopts a dharmic discipline sanctioned by wise seers—an auspicious code that restrains disruptive emotions and cultivates joyful, respectful relations.
The group collectively takes up an elevated, seer-ordained mode of conduct and meets one another in a spirit of gladness and concord, their shared joy compared to the gods’ happiness in heaven.
