धृतराष्ट्रस्य युधिष्ठिरं प्रति व्यवहार-रक्षा-नियमनोपदेशः | Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Instruction on Administration, Punishment, and Daily Governance

अर्हस्त्वमपि दातुं वै नादातुं भरतर्षभ । “आप अपने बड़े भाई ऐश्वर्यशशाली महाराज युधिष्छिरके बर्तावसे शिक्षा ग्रहण करें। भरतश्रेष्ठ] आप भी दूसरोंको देनेके ही योग्य हैं; दूसरोंसे लेनेके योग्य नहीं! ।।
Translation
“O bull among the Bhāratas, you too are fit to give, not fit to take.” As these words were spoken to Bībhatsu (Arjuna), Dharmarāja Yudhiṣṭhira likewise honored and praised him.
