Pitṛ-śrāddha-haviḥ-phala-nirdeśa
Offerings for Ancestors and Their Stated Results
एवमड्रिरसश्लैव कवेश्ष प्रसवान्वयै: । भगोश्व भूगुशार्दूल वंशजै: सततं जगत्
evam aḍrirasaś caiva kaveṣa prasavānvayaiḥ | bhagoś ca bhṛguśārdūla vaṃśajaiḥ satataṃ jagat ||
Vasiṣṭha said: “Thus, by the lineages born from Aḍrirasa and from Kaveṣa, and likewise by the descendants of Bhaga—O tiger among the Bhṛgus—the world has continually been sustained and carried forward.”
