पृथिवी क्षत्रियो दद्याद् ब्राह्मणायेष्टिकर्मिणे । विधिवत् प्रतिगृह्नीयान्न त्वन्यो दातुमरहति
Translation
Only a Kṣatriya king may bestow land upon a Brāhmaṇa engaged in sacrificial rites; and only from him may the Brāhmaṇa accept that land in due form. No other person is fit to make such a gift.
