ततः शय्यागृहं प्राप्प भगवानृषिसत्तम: । संविवेश नरेशस्तु सपत्नीक: स्थितो5भवत्‌,इसके बाद मुनिश्रेष्ठ भगवान्‌ च्यवन शयनागारमें जाकर सो गये और पत्नीसहित राजा कुशिक उनकी सेवामें खड़े रहे

Transliteration

tataḥ śayyāgṛhaṃ prāpya bhagavān ṛṣisattamaḥ | saṃviveśa nareśas tu sapatnīkaḥ sthito 'bhavat ||

Translation

Then the venerable sage—foremost among seers—went to the sleeping chamber and lay down to rest. The king, however, remained standing there with his queen, attending upon him in service.
