सर्वार्था: सुहृदस्तात ब्राह्मणा: सुमनोमुखा: । गीर्भिमड्नलयुक्ताभिरनुध्यायन्ति पूजिता:
Translation
Bhīṣma said: “Dear one, the Brāhmaṇas fulfill all aims, are well-wishers of all, and are as the very mouth of the gods. When honored, they bestow blessings with auspicious speech and contemplate the welfare of humankind.”
