Tīrtha-vaṃśa Upadeśa: Instruction on the Fruits of Sacred Waters

एतदुक्तममुत्रार्थ दैवं पित्रयं च भारत । दानधर्म च दानस्य यत् पूर्वमृषिभि: कृतम्
Translation
O Bharata, I have told you of the rites owed to the gods and the rites owed to the ancestors, which bring welfare in the world to come; and I have also set forth the dharma of giving and the greatness of charity, as the sages of old ordained.
